Biography

Brad Chynoweth also represents school boards in a variety of matters, including claims involving the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act as well as state-law tort claims. 

In addition, he represents both public and private employers in employment discrimination lawsuits under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other anti-discrimination laws.
