Ms. Harper’s practice is concentrated in the area of business, corporate, and securities law. She has experience forming various businesses entities, such as S corporations and limited liability companies. She has been involved in mergers and acquisitions and advised clients about compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). She has helped to prepare stock-purchase agreements, construction contracts, service contracts, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health-care directives. She has also advised clients about joint ventures, including forming joint ventures in compliance with 8(a) program the Small Business Association (SBA). Ms. Harper has also advised clients about franchise agreements in the hotel, food, and service industries.
